Tenn. Driver Who Crashed Car Into Gas Station Last Month Crashes Again…This Time Into A House

A man who caused an explosion when he crashed a car into a gas station on July 4 has struck again, literally.

John Ward, the driver in that incident, crashed a rented SUV into a house Monday afternoon in Clarksville.

At about 12:40 p.m., Clarksville Police were called to 3201 Twelve Oaks Blvd., where the Ford SUV had left the road and smashed into the home.

The crash caused possible foundation damage, according to a news release from Police Sgt. Charles Gill.
